Joe started his mortgage career with Midwest Equity Mortgage in 2012. For three years, Joe was a top producing loan officer for the company, funding more than 150 million dollars in loan volume. In late 2014 he started the consumer direct division eClick Lending. From January 2015, Joe and his team funded over 5,000 loans with loan volume exceeding $2 billion. As the Managing Director of the eClick Division, Joe was able to gain vast experience and knowledge of the entire loan “manufacturing” process. This knowledge includes sales training, front-end operations, back-end processing, secondary markets, underwriting, closing, and post-closing. Joe is more than just a sales associate; he knows the mortgage business from front to back!
With eyes on the shifting market and rate environment, Joe knew he was going to have to build a true retail division providing the best process and unparalleled service to Realtors and Homebuyers. Joe considers himself a mortgage planner, educating his clients in financial awareness to best position themselves for the future. “I am passionate about my work, with the best interest of my borrowers as my number one priority! All of my business is from satisfied clients, trusted financial advisors, business partners, and the most experienced Realtors in Chicago. I insist and demand that every transaction produces the best overall customer experience possible. My clients think about home financing a few times in their lives - I think about it every single day.”
Joe calls the South Loop of Chicago his home. He is married to and loves his wife Lindsey and his two dogs Loui and Porsha. Exciting news: they are expecting twins in September 2018! He is an avid Cubs fan, enjoys a great steak from one of the many steakhouses in Chicago, and loves all things football, basketball, and baseball. If you meet Joe, his drink of choice is Goose and water with heavy lime, and he’ll be the guy in the room with a giant smile on his face, an ear to listen, and an even bigger heart.
“To steal a line from Steve Jobs, 'The only way to do great work is to love what you do,' and there is no doubt that I love and am thankful for what I do. I look forward to working with you and hope that you GO WITH JOE!”
